Hello, and congratulations.
Unless you are secretly planning weddings for other people, there is a good chance much of this is completely new. That is exactly why this brochure exists: to make choosing your wedding photographer and videographer feel clear, personal and genuinely exciting.
Our goal is always to help you feel comfortable enough to be completely yourselves. It makes the experience better on the day and creates photographs and films that feel recognisably yours afterwards.
We will stand out when you need direction, disappear into the crowd when you do not, and keep the celebration itself at the centre of everything.

We photograph and film weddings throughout England and Wales, with especially deep experience across South Wales and the South West. Standard full-day packages include travel across England and Wales.
If a venue is more than a comfortable early-morning drive away, we plan ahead and stay nearby so we arrive rested, early and ready. Never worried about traffic.

The practical bits,
properly answered.
Booking, planning, travel, backup equipment, delivery and the questions couples often think are too small to ask.
If I do decide to book, what's the procedure?
A £120 non-refundable deposit secures your wedding date. Once it is paid, we reserve the date exclusively for you and turn down other enquiries. The remaining balance is due one month before the wedding, and we send a receipt after each payment.
What contact do we have before the day?
You can contact us as often as you need before the wedding. We are available by email or Instagram, welcome a call before booking and arrange a final planning call around one month before the wedding, once you have had your final venue meeting.
Are you fully insured?
Yes. We hold professional indemnity and public liability insurance, and we can provide proof to your venue if required.
I feel awkward in front of the camera. How will you help?
Most couples tell us they feel awkward in front of the camera, so you are not alone. We keep things relaxed, offer gentle direction only when it is useful and talk everything through before the wedding so the experience feels natural rather than staged.
Do we arrange food for you?
We appreciate a meal during full-day coverage, but it is not compulsory. If you cannot provide one, please let us know in advance and we will visit a nearby café while you and your guests are eating.
Is the Documentary Cut just a longer version of the highlight cut?
No. The documentary film is a separate, chronological edit rather than an extended version of the highlight film. It preserves much more footage, including the complete ceremony and speeches, while the 7–10 minute highlight film tells the story through the strongest moments, movement and sound.
Where are you based? Do you charge for travel?
We are based near Cardiff in South Wales, and standard full-day packages include travel across England and Wales. For venues more than roughly two hours away, we normally stay nearby the night before at no extra cost so we can arrive rested, early and ready.
How long will you stay for and how do you decide when to finish?
Coverage is determined by the package you choose: Standard includes 10.5 hours, Luxury includes 11.5 hours and Platinum includes 13 hours. We help you choose the most useful start time around your ceremony and priorities; for example, a 10:30am start with the Standard package means coverage finishes at 9pm.
Do you use backup equipment?
Yes. We carry backup cameras and essential equipment, our main cameras record to two memory cards, and we keep two separate backups after the wedding. Protecting your photographs and films is built into the way we work from capture through to delivery.
When will we get our photos / videos back?
Each completed collection is normally delivered around one month apart. With a Photography + Film package, the photographs arrive first, followed by the highlight film and then the documentary film. Timings can vary slightly during the busiest summer weeks, so this is a guide rather than a fixed deadline.
Will you use my photos / video clips on your website and social media?
By default, we may share selected photographs or film clips in our portfolio and on social media. If you would prefer your wedding to remain private, simply tell us and we will respect that choice.
