We take a small non-refundable deposit of £120 to secure the date, after that you’re all booked in and allows us to turn down anyone else looking for your date. The remainder will then be due one month before the day of the wedding and you’ll get a receipt after each payment.

Before the Day
We're based near Cardiff in South Wales, and travel throughout England and Wales is included in our packages. Typically, if it's over two hours drive, we'll stay in a hotel the night before to make sure we're there bright and early without worrying about traffic. Accommodation is also covered by us if required. For weddings elsewhere, we'll confirm travel arrangements and any costs with you.
We're happy to chat as much as you'd like over email / Instagram leading up to the day and after! A lot of couples love to have calls before booking which is always a great catch up! We'll also always have a call around a month before, once you've had your final venue meeting to go over the firm details.
Absolutely. We have full indemnity and public liability insurance should the venue require it!
On the Day
Our hours begin based on a start time chosen by you. Typically we recommend two and a half hours before the ceremony starts to maximise the day's coverage, but you'll always have the final say. E.g. 10.5 hours of coverage with a 10:30am start would have us end at 9pm.
We agree your coverage time upfront so you know exactly how your day is planned. You choose the start time, we help you make the most of it, and we never leave before your agreed coverage is complete.
Yes! We do this all the time. On the call, we'll talk through the best way we can capture both preparations, even with just one photographer and videographer and even if they're in two separate locations. After 400 weddings together, we have this nailed down.
No. We do 95% of our weddings without a second photographer or videographer. Whether it's photo only, video only or the team package, our vast experience of weddings means we never miss a moment or feel as though we've needed one.
Not to worry! Most couples feel this way, I'd probably feel this way myself if I was in front of it all day too! Our top priority is making you both feel as comfortable as possible, feel free to chat to us about this on your call and we can talk you through how to make the day as smooth as possible.
Absolutely. Keeping your photos and videos safe is at the top of our priorities. In addition to basically having two of everything in our back, all of our main cameras also shoot to two card slots to make sure your photos are safe in the really rare event that a card fails. We also have two separate back ups of everything once the day is done.
We always deeply appreciate being fed on the day, not only for our taste buds, but also because it makes our job so much easier as we're very limited as to what we can bring and store on the day (usually crisps and sweets that won't spoil). If you can't feed us for any reason, please don't panic. If you could let us know ahead of time and we'll head to a local cafe while you're all having food.
After the Day
The usual turn around time is one month per content. For example, if you were to book the Photo + Video package, the photos would come first, the highlight cut a month later and finally the long cut a month after that. This can vary a little bit, especially during the busy summer season and is more of a general guideline than exact deadline.
The documentary cut has a different vibe to the highlight cut due to the sheer amount more footage which gives it a very different tone. The editing style will be linear with no cutting back and forth to make sure the story of the entire day is told from start to finish. The order and choice of songs may be different to match the new tone of this cut. We edit the Documentary in a way to maximise content, whereas the Highlight Cut is made to tell a story in the most visually pleasing way possible.
