How do our hours work?
Our hours begin based on a start time chosen by you. Typically we recommend two and a half hours before the ceremony starts to maximise the day's coverage, but you'll always have the final say. E.g. 10.5 hours of coverage with a 10:30am start would have us end at 9pm.

Cameron & Beth were with us for around 10 hours, getting shots of the girls getting ready to us pulling some moves on the dance floor! We received our pictures back around a month after the wedding and they were well worth the wait. We received over 1000 pictures which were all edited and looked amazing. I'm Cam. Since 2016, I've been lucky enough to photograph more than 400 beautiful weddings. Keeping things real, relaxed and authentic is my top priority. As the person you chat to, plan with and welcome into your day, I want everything from the first message to the final gallery to stay fun and personal.

01“I feel awkward in front of the camera”
Not to worry! Most couples feel this way, I'd probably feel this way myself if I was in front of it all day too! Our top priority is making you both feel as comfortable as possible, feel free to chat to us about this on your call and we can talk you through how to make the day as smooth as possible.
02How do our hours work?
Our hours begin based on a start time chosen by you. Typically we recommend two and a half hours before the ceremony starts to maximise the day's coverage, but you'll always have the final say. E.g. 10.5 hours of coverage with a 10:30am start would have us end at 9pm.
03Where are you based? Do you charge for travel?
We're based near Cardiff in South Wales, and travel throughout England and Wales is included in our packages. Typically, if it's over two hours drive, we'll stay in a hotel the night before to make sure we're there bright and early without worrying about traffic. Accommodation is also covered by us if required. For weddings elsewhere, we'll confirm travel arrangements and any costs with you.
04If I do decide to book, what’s the procedure?
A non-refundable £120 deposit secures your wedding date. We then reserve that date for you. The remaining balance is due one month before the wedding, and we send a receipt after each payment.
05Do you use backup equipment?
We bring backup cameras and equipment. Our main cameras record to two memory cards, and we make two separate backups after the wedding to help protect your photographs and footage.
06When will we get our photos / videos back?
For a combined photo and video booking, our usual guide is around one month for the photographs, around two months for the highlight film and around three months for the documentary film. Delivery is staged so you can enjoy each part as it is ready. These are estimates, especially during the busy summer season; we will confirm expectations for your booking.
