VENUE SPOTLIGHT & REAL WEDDINGS
The Landmark London Wedding Photographer & Videographer
A red-brick hotel on Marylebone Road, seen through a November 2021 wedding that we photographed and filmed: a ceremony room above the atrium, confetti, a tall Christmas tree and a curved staircase.

In short: Bright Sight is Cam and Beth, a photo and video duo based near Cardiff. This page is about a wedding at The Landmark London in Marylebone, which we photographed and filmed in November 2021. Standard full-day packages start at £2,099 for photography, £2,099 for videography or £3,799 for both, with travel included and a £120 deposit to secure your date.
A hotel on Marylebone Road with a suite above the atrium
The Landmark London is at 222 Marylebone Road in London (NW1 6JQ). The venue's wedding page offers wedding packages, an Intimate Wedding Package held in its Tower Suite, and private dining on the wedding day, and it says the Tower Suite has plenty of natural daylight and views over the hotel's atrium.
We photographed and filmed Yasemin and JJ's wedding here on 25 November 2021. Their day is told in photographs, apart from the picture of the hotel's front, which is a still taken from their wedding film, and the highlight film plays further down the page. Our London guide shows the same day beside other venues in the city, and here we stay with the hotel and the couple. What we say about the rooms comes from the venue's own website, and what we say about the pictures comes from looking at them.
For current venue details, explore The Landmark London. This wedding was in late November, so ask the venue how the atrium and the suite look at other times of year.
01 / The spaces / From the venue's own description
A suite above the atrium, with a skylight
The venue's Tower Suite page describes three connected event spaces that overlook the hotel's atrium, with natural daylight and a large skylight. It gives the suite as holding ceremonies and dinners for up to 36 guests and drinks receptions for up to 70.
The wedding page lists an Intimate Wedding Package for 12 to 36 guests, with the ceremony in the Tower Suite. The pages we read do not say which floor the suite is on, whether it is licensed for civil ceremonies or what the timings are, so ask for each in writing.

02 / November 2021 / Yasemin and JJ
Yasemin and JJ: a ceremony room above the atrium, confetti and a Christmas tree
Yasemin and JJ married on 25 November 2021. The photograph at the top of this page shows them on the hotel's curved staircase, looking at each other: Yasemin in a long-sleeved white dress and a pearl headband, holding a bouquet of white anemones, and JJ in a navy three-piece suit. The highlight film plays further down the page.
The ceremony was in the Tower Suite. At the front of the room a table is dressed in grey cloth, with white anemones in glass vases and two glass candle holders, in front of tall white-framed glazed doors and two pale gold chairs.

Yasemin takes JJ's face in her hands while the guests behind them smile and applaud, one of them holding up a phone. Later, at the table in front of the windows, JJ signs a document while Yasemin looks down at it, white anemones on the table in front of them.

Confetti falls around them as Yasemin laughs and JJ smiles with his eyes closed, with guests standing close on both sides.

The portraits stay inside the hotel. In front of a tall Christmas tree hung with teal and gold baubles and white lights, they stand forehead to forehead, Yasemin's veil falling down her back and her bouquet held at her waist.

In the atrium, JJ kisses Yasemin beneath a tall Christmas tree, with palm trunks, lamps and the hotel's balconies around them and her train spread across the patterned carpet.

They climb a carpeted staircase hand in hand, past cream panelled walls, Yasemin carrying her bouquet and JJ looking ahead.

Last, a round table laid for guests: white linen, gold cutlery, glasses and name cards, with white flowers in clear glass vases and a lit candle in the middle.

03 / Staying at The Landmark / From the venue's own description
Rooms, suites and the morning of the wedding
The venue lists rooms and suites on its site, but the pages we read give no bedroom count and no details of what comes with a wedding date. Ask how many rooms you can book, which ones are available for getting ready and what the arrangements are for the morning after.
For the film and photographs, ask when you can get into your rooms, so we can plan the morning around where each of you is.

Yasemin and JJ at The Landmark London: their November 2021 highlight
Yasemin and JJ’s highlight film retells their November 2021 wedding at The Landmark London, from the first moments of the day to the evening, around the pictures above. Watch it to see and hear the Tower Suite and the atrium in motion, then ask the venue which of its spaces suit your numbers.

A few things worth asking the venue, and how we would plan around the answers:
- Ceremony place: Yasemin and JJ married in the Tower Suite. The venue gives it as holding ceremonies for up to 36 guests, so ask which room suits your numbers and whether the ceremony can be licensed there for your date.
- Timing: The venue's wedding pages do not give finishing times, so ask for the timings of your date in writing. Tell us once you have agreed them and we will plan the portraits and the evening around them.
- Portraits indoors: The atrium, the staircase and the balcony gave this couple their portraits without leaving the hotel. Ask which public areas are open to you, and at what time of day, since the hotel is in use around you.
- Rain: Most of this wedding happened indoors, in the suite and the atrium. If you would like some pictures outside, agree a sheltered option with the venue when you confirm the order of the day, and we settle it together on the day.
- Group photographs: We do as many as you like and typically recommend around 15, which usually take about 20 minutes. Ask a groomsman or bridesmaid who knows everyone to round people up.
- Getting ready: If you and your partner are in different places, we move between you together, splitting our time as a team. Groom preparation typically takes about 15 minutes.
One team for the photographs and the film

Cam and Beth have photographed and filmed over 400 weddings together, so a city hotel with a ceremony suite, a staircase and an atrium is familiar territory. You get one conversation about the timetable, one set of questions for the venue and one plan for the portraits.
The photo and video team package carries a £120 deposit and a £400 saving over booking photography and videography separately. We are based near Cardiff, and travel across England and Wales is included in standard full-day packages. When the drive is over two hours we always stay in a hotel the night before and cover it.
