01 / June 2023 / Molly and Jordan
Molly and Jordan: a footbridge, a windblown veil and a carry across the terrace
Molly and Jordan married on 23 June 2023. The photograph at the top of this page is the two of them on a lawn beneath tall trees, kissing as Molly's long veil blows out behind her. The day starts in a bright room, where two men fasten navy braces on a small boy in a white shirt.

Later, in black and white, Molly bends in her veil to hug a small boy and a man at a table while another boy looks on. Outside, Jordan carries Molly in his arms across a paved terrace in front of a red-brick building while a friend cheers behind them.

Jordan in a grey suit and Molly in a fitted white gown walk hand in hand across a small green footbridge, trees behind them. At the top table, Jordan laughs with his eyes shut while Molly smiles beside him.

02 / The spaces / From the venue's own pages
The Gallery, the courtyard and the Landscape suite
The venue's wedding page says the Gallery is licensed for up to 170 guests, and describes a planted courtyard as an outdoor setting for summer weddings, without giving a capacity for it. It also mentions a later ceremony with an intimate reception as an option. The Landscape suite has its own private bar, a black and white illuminated dance floor and a private patio, and the page presents it for both the wedding breakfast and the evening reception. Another page mentions four function suites without naming them, so ask which spaces suit your numbers.
The venue's events page includes couples' accounts of their days, and these mention canapés in the courtyard, photographs taken on the golf course and indoor spaces for wet weather. They are one couple's experience rather than a promise, so ask the venue what is available on your date.
The wedding pricing page links 2027 and 2028 wedding pricing, a brochure and a sample wedding timeline, which are worth asking for early. The venue also keeps a recommended supplier list, with registrars and celebrants, musicians and bridal preparation among the categories, and says it holds wedding showcases. The pages do not say whether the venue is yours exclusively, or give finish times or music limits, so ask the venue.

Golf, spa, bridal suite and parking
The events page lists an 18-hole golf course, a spa with a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, and a gym. A bridal suite is mentioned too, described in a couple's account as a huge room overlooking the course. Both the events page and the rooms page list free parking, and the events page calls it ample. The rooms page adds a 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The venue's pages do not give train or taxi details, so ask the venue how guests without a car usually arrive.
04 / Staying at All Saints Resort / From the venue's own pages
94 en suite bedrooms
The venue's events page lists 94 en suite bedrooms. Its rooms page sets out the types: standard, superior and deluxe doubles and twins, family rooms for four, accessible rooms, junior, queen and king suites, and three top-floor apartments. The Suffolk and Lark Apartments each have two bedrooms for four guests, and the All Saints Penthouse has four double bedrooms for eight. The Superior Double and the Lark Apartment are listed with golf course views.
Neither page says which rooms come with a wedding booking or when you can have them on the morning of the wedding, so ask the venue.

A few things worth asking the venue, and how we would plan around the answers:
- Where the ceremony is: the Gallery, which is licensed for up to 170 guests, or the planted courtyard the venue suggests for summer weddings. The venue also mentions a later ceremony with an intimate reception, which changes the light for portraits. Tell us your plan and timings so we can arrange the morning around them.
- Getting ready: ask whether the bridal suite is yours on the morning and from when, since that is where the first photographs happen. The venue's pages describe it as overlooking the golf course.
- Group photographs: we do as many as you like and typically recommend around 15, which usually take about 20 minutes. Ask the venue where it would put a large group; the courtyard is worth asking about. Choose somewhere with room and a sheltered backup.
- Portraits: we usually take a portrait walk of about 15 minutes, with photo and video together. The lawns, the terrace and the footbridge in Molly and Jordan's photographs give you different backdrops, and a couple's account on the venue's events page mentions photographs on the golf course, so ask whether the course is open to you and when.
- The evening: the Landscape suite is presented for the evening, with its own private bar and patio. Finish times and music limits are not published, so ask the venue and tell us the timings.
- Rain: agree an indoor option with the venue when you confirm the order of the day. The Gallery and the Landscape suite are the indoor spaces the venue names.
One team for the photographs and the film

Cam and Beth have photographed and filmed over 400 weddings together, so a hotel with a courtyard, a terrace and a lawn is familiar territory. You get one conversation about the timetable, one set of questions for the venue and one plan for the portrait walk.
The photo and video team package carries a £120 deposit and a £400 saving over booking photography and videography separately. We are based near Cardiff, and travel across England and Wales is included in standard full-day packages. When the drive is over two hours we always stay in a hotel the night before and cover it.
